LBC 2020 Membership Campaign
LBC 2020 Membership campaign is now underway!
The yearly dues for 2020 were raised to $20 by a vote of members attending our annual club meeting on November 18.
This is the first time that LBC has raised dues. The reason for the increase is to cover the costs of improvements and to add more functionality to our club’s website.
You can make your annual dues payment to any board member.
The preferred method of payment is by check made out to LBC, but cash will also be accepted.
You can also mail your dues to Ed Priest, 3207 French Place, Austin, TX 78722.
We hope you will renew your LCB membership and enjoy another fun year of pétanque,

Terry Plemons Tournament Awards Presentation
Since Jan 3, 2015 the Legation Boules Club has organized a benefit tournament to support the French Légation. This year, with the passing of Terry Plemons, the tournament has been renamed the Terry Plemons Memorial Tournament.
Terry Plemons Memorial Tournament – Results
Our Terry Plemons Memorial / Dia de Los Muertos Tournament was an event to remember all of those those pétanque players who have passed on.
Sadly, this year our friend Terry Plemons was added to that list.
New LBC Tee Shirts are Here!
They feature the French Légation, with a sketch of the building on the back. I think you will agree that they really look sharp!
The T shirts are $11, up to XL size. They come in white, and blue. The white comes in cotton, the blue comes in cotton and Triblend.
This time we also have LBC boule rags for $2.
We are gearing up for returning to the French Légation in 2020. If you are interested catch me on the courts through the end of Dec.
