Official Grand Opening of French Legation (Private Event)

This event is the "Official Opening" of the French Legation and is not open to the general public. However, members of the Legation Boules Club are welcome to attend and demonstrate pétanque.

  • This event starts at 3PM and goes until 7PM.
  • At 4:30 the presentations, speeches and ribbon cutting events begin.
  • Normal Wednesday play at 11 AM will go on as usual.
  • We need some pétanque players to be there around 2:00 or 2:30 PM.
  • We will end playing pétanque at 4:30 PM for the presentations.
  • Pétanque players should not park in the normal Legation parking lot.
  • Players should try to park in the lot at the end of Embassy Drive beside the Legation.
