Club Membership
The Legation Boules Club is open to anyone who loves pétanque — or thinks they might. Come on out and give it a try!
Joining the club
Membership is informal by design. The best way to join is simply to show up to a game, meet the players, and talk to one of the officers on the terrain. They'll get you sorted.
Annual dues are just $20 and give you the benefit of participating in official LBC events like tournaments, a special La Chandeleur party and other Holiday events.

Honorary Members
Jim Schwobel — A beloved member of the club. Jim passed away in late 2021 and is deeply missed.
Walt and Estefania — Operated the London branch of the LBC. Now running the LBC branch in Granada, Spain.
Louna, Eléa, and Cloé — Known as "The French Girls" or "The Girlitas." A trio of players from France, no longer in Austin, but honorary members until they return.
