A Message from ED Priest
It’s LBC Election Time
It is time for me to step back from the leadership of LBC and for others to take over the club’s planning and operation.

Under LBC’s bylaws, the President and Treasurer are elected in odd-numbered years, while the Vice President and Secretary are elected in even-numbered years.
|
|
For 2027, the positions of President and Treasurer are up for election.
|
I will be stepping down as President, but I will put my name forward for election as Treasurer. Peter Gray is putting his name forward for President.
|
All LBC members are welcome to run for either position. If Peter is elected President, the Vice President position will become vacant, and club members may also submit their names for consideration for that position.

If you are interested in running for President, Treasurer, or Vice President, please submit your name and the office you are interested in to Kim Lanzillotto at kamerakim@gmail.com and Ed Priest at edmrmo68@gmail.com by Saturday, October 24.

Electronic voting will begin November 1 and end Sunday, November 8.
|
In-person voting will take place at our Annual Club Meeting on Monday, November 9.

Annual Club Meeting
Our annual meeting will be held at Central Market, 4001 N. Lamar, in the upstairs dining area on Monday, November 9.
|
The meeting will begin at 7:00 PM, but you may want to arrive around 6:30 PM or earlier to get food and/or beverages from the store before the meeting.
