It appears likely that the deadline for completing the Mueller development will be extended from the end of 2024 to the end of 2027. Consequently, there may be an additional three years to deliberate on the future of the hangar.

This meeting holds special significance as the hangar is slated as a discussion item on the agenda. It's crucial to ensure that the Commission members understand the high level of community interest in determining the hangar's future.

During the meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to speak for up to three minutes both at the outset and following the discussion on the long-term ownership of the hangar.

While it's tempting for all of us to sign up and voice our opinions for the full duration, it's prudent to exercise restraint. The Commission is already well-versed in our concerns, and the dialogue regarding extending the Master Development Agreement may be extensive.

Therefore, for this meeting, your presence alone, indicating the importance of the hangar to you, will suffice.
