Terry Plemons Benefit Tournament for the French Legation, Day of the Dead
Since 2015, Legation Boules Club has held our Dia de Muertos (Day of the Dead), Tournament in remembrance of past petanque players. This tournament is held around the end of Oct or the beginning of Nov. Since 2017 we have held our Legation Benefit Tournament in conjunction with our Dia de Muertos Carousel Tournament. In 2019 with the passing of Terry Pelmons the tournament is now the Terry Plemons Benefit Tournament for the French Legation. Because of Covid-19 this year’s tournament will not be held. Instead of meeting and celebrating in person we can fondly remember the good times we had in past tournaments and those area players who have gone before us…..Richard Leparentier, Tony Graham, Gerald Lankes, Terry Pelmons, and Michel Costa.
