Attention Legation Boules Club Members,

The Texas Historical Commission (THC) is hosting a private "Picnic at the Legation" on Saturday, March 7th from 2:00 to 4:30 pm. The picnic is a thank you for their supporters, and will include a short program and a behind the scenes tour of the French Legation site. This will be a great time to look at the restoration work in progress.

Ellen Busch, Director of Historic Sites Operations, has asked LBC to be part of the festivities and demonstrate pétanque during the picnic. This is a great opportunity for LBC to promote the game of pétanque, as well as playing at the Legation.
